Holy Moly Guacamole
This guacamole will ensure you are invited to every potluck! It's too good not to share!

- 2 Large Avocado Scooped and mashed
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Cloves Garlic Crushed - More if you love garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Grated
- Real Mayonnaise Enough to cover guacamole with a thin layer
Mix together all ingredients but the mayonnaise. Flatten top of mixture and put a thin layer of mayonnaise on top. Cover with plastic wrap so flavours mix well. When ready to serve, stir the mayonnaise in and Viola! The mayonnaise will provide a barrier keeping avocado from turning brown. Will last 1 day in the fridge but honestly, there won't be any left over!
