No Bake Energy Balls

Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • ½ Cup Natural Peanut Butter Or other nut butter
  • Cup Honey
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flakes Unsweetened
  • ½ Cup Barleans Flax – Chia – Coconut Blend
  • ½ Cup Skor chips Chocolate chips orPeanut butter chips work too
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Refrigerate for a while in order to make the mix firmer and easier to work with
  • Make small balls, bite size, from the mixture
  • Refrigerate

Notes

PS – if you have any in the bottom of your bowl, put it in a container and sprinkle on your yogurt for a yummy change of pace
